Under our direction, we conducted emergency stabilisation, detailed structural surveys and damage assessments before launching into controlled demolition and enabling works led by our trusted contractors and conservation experts.

Our restoration strategy for the Royal Albion balances respect for heritage with modern standards. We are carefully reinstating the original Georgian-era façade and architectural detailing, while upgrading internal infrastructure to meet current safety, insulation, and hospitality regulations. The project plan aims to return the site to a four-star standard hotel under the Elite Hotels brand, combining restored historic character with contemporary accommodation.
At the same time we are preparing for the upcoming refurbishment of A&O Hostels Brighton. This project will deliver a comprehensive upgrade to guest rooms, communal areas and essential services to meet modern guest expectations while maximising operational efficiency and longevity.
